Revolution
I wrote revolution on all the walls that came in my way
I waited for Revolutions to happen –
And now my hands tremble writing Revolution
Lest I am sowing new seeds
Of killings and blood
Perfection
I do not seek perfection
As I want to live
I want to hear a song
Sung by a soar throat
Paintings without any color
I love sculptures with broken limbs –
For all these tell me
That people still are
Human beings

Appreciate this artful piece. There is a saying "Lokaha Binna Ruchihi" (World enjoys fractions).
Attended your invigorating super session in Chennai SPICON.
In fact Lord Ganesh also has one trunk truncated to show that HE is above pairs of opposites like happy vs sad, gain vs loss etc.
I have written few pieces of blogs
"Preferable over Pleasurable ", "Imperfect Quality Vs Perfect Defect ", "Agile Delivery – Hindsight or Hunch", VOC (Voice of Customer) the WOC (Woes of Customer)", "Leader : Position Vs Dispostion", "Leader by Nature or Nurture"

Sorry for the long post.

Thanks for the great posts Navneet. Customer-shore-walking in customer shoes - very useful pointers in not only serving customer but proving the point of existence of any organization as customer driven entity.
One thought that quickly comes to my mind from The Great Epic Mahabaratha. Before start of the Kurukshetra war Bhisma took promise from Krishna that Sri Krishna will never touch any weapon during the war. Once Krishna seemingly provoked just lifts a wheel of his cart and rushes towards Bhisma.
Here though from explicit point of view it seems Krishna made a non compliance on his promise and making Bhisma win in the promise- deal. However if we look closely at this event, to protect HIS devotee LORD even does not bother to deviate from HIS promise. (For Bhisma is a great and dear devotee of Krishna).
This can be compared to an organization which proactively advises their customers on certain best practices even if customer is not willing to follow. In the long run customers will understand and appreciate such vendors who had helped them in not only serving them but also participated in customers long term vision.
Customer Collaboration!
Regards
Krishna
