It is about - the timeliness of solution

One of our clients had a Executive council meeting and he asked a verification/validation of a proposal that he wants to put up to increase royalty fees for their products/patents.

We gave our opinion backed by some facts - in a very quick and dirty search and analysis

We got a genuine email from the client as - the solution/info was Just in Time!

I think - to be able to solve and give solutions just is time to be used by the client - is the Key!

Consultants should provide solutions which are timely!

The question is how

Each and every request from client should be considered important - how so ever trivial it may look!
