1. The experience usually occurs when we confront tasks we have a chance of completing
2. We must be able to concentrate on what we are doing
3. Task undertaken has Clear goals
4. Provides Immediate Feedback
5. Acts with deep and effortless involvement that removes from awareness the worries and frustrations of everyday life
6. Allow people to exercise a sense of control over the action
7. Sense of self disappears and yet it appears stronger after
8. Sense of duration of time is altered

Problem solving methods have always looked at how to reduce the problem into smaller pieces and then solve the part problems. This has served the science and technology through out the ages. The complexification as a method of solving problems is the other extreme. It may be worth while to look at how more complexification may actually help solve problems...
