We got a genuine email from the client as - the solution/info was Just in Time!
I think - to be able to solve and give solutions just is time to be used by the client - is the Key!
Consultants should provide solutions which are timely!
The question is how
Each and every request from client should be considered important - how so ever trivial it may look!
