Seen umpteen instances:
Once a team successfully comes out with something new, the enterprises says - dont touch them - we expect something from them again - give them more budget - (more salary as well) - more resources - more people - but DONT DISTURB THE CORE TEAM ......
We form teams and believe we will continue to work in the same team with different projects and be innovative each time we want since we were innovative and we enjoyed our first project together .... Well Nice to know your buddies and be with them... But dont expect success repeated - something new each time you get with the same people on a new project .... INNOVATION IS NOT A "REPEAT ORDER".......
You need to reformat your team and start from scratch each time you need to Innovate.....
It is again.... NOT A REPEAT ORDER .....
