What is the next stage of co-creationization. If you let customers innovate on you, may be the customer satisfaction and delight will be extreme even if there are continuous, major failures.
How?
You provide your tools, products, minds and capabilities and say to customer to use these in the way that they want to fullfil any need that they have. Is it possible? Making it possible is the "Innovation". The co-creationization has to reach its pinnacle when your customers become the designers of your next product.
Is it too much to even comprehend? Search for customers who are partners in Innovation. How? By giving what you have to them to build, use and twist the way they want.
