Lessons from Science Book Class V

Nowadays there is a TV show in India - run by the Bollywood superstar wherein adults are pitted against students and questions from primary school text books.
My Son made a presentation from His textbook on Science (He was in class V last year) and here are the messages

SAFETY FIRST
Science Chapter 8

•World has many beautiful things, but they can be dangerous if not used properly.

Safety at home

In the Kitchen (dangerous things)
–Fire
–Knives
–Scissors
–Electricity

Falls:
-Don’t run up & down on a wet floor & staircase
-Don’t leave toys on the floor or staircases someone may trip and fall.

Avoid to get poisoning:
•Do not try tasting anything you are not sure about .
•Several medicines are poisonous for children.

Safety on road

•The road is not for playing.
•Walk on the right side of the road if there is no pavement.
•Zebra crossing is meant for crossing.
•Always drive to your right.

First aid box

•The first help that an injured person needs is called first aid.
