Intensity (dictionary says : extreme degree of strength, force, energy, or feeling) to create is the greatest driver for large scale Innovation. How do you inculcate in yourself - can it be learned? It requires continuous processing or sparks of inspiration? Does it come from extreme focus or serendipity?
Once you have or you havent - however can you instigate or inculcate in others around you? How? Is there really a standard how?
Well, I dont have any set standards, - if you go by the book Fooled by Randomness - may be there is nothing - it just happens ?
